Joey's Class Xmas Celebration

As I've mentioned many times, I love Joey's class this school year.  It couldn't be better.  I included a couple of photos below showing how they "change it up" for various themes.  (I forgot to get a photo of the teepee during Thanksgiving.)  They complete so many wonderful projects and always make the students successful.  This is what preschool should be.

The class has dress up with Santa hats, Xmas aprons, Xmas
themed items.  They have put out Xmas toys.

Joey has two trees to decorate in the home center.

This is the "gingerbread" house Joey made at
school - graham crackers for the house and an
upside down ice cream cone for the tree.

Joey's class party.  They dressed in pajamas
for the day.  This was a game where you passed
the present (book) during the music and when the
music stopped the student got to open and
keep the book.

Donuts in the shape of snowmen, lots of fruit, and milk with
the flavoring of your choice.

I was lucky to be there for the celebration.

Out to the playground.

Joey performing martial arts.

My Joey and Me!

The afternoon party.  Joey demonstrating the motions to the
songs for his seated classmates.

In the afternoon, decorating cookies with candy
and hot chocolate!
