We now have a tradition to go Guadalupe State Park on Easter. It is beautiful. Jose's family gets up super early (I'm talking 3:00 a.m.) and waits until the gates open at 8:00. They always get a great table with an attached grill. The day is filled with swimming, fishing, hiking, relaxing, grilling, eating, and an Easter egg hunt. This year Jose's cousins from Houston joined us. Mario and Sonnya are such wonderful people - they brought their almost five-year-old Ally. She and Joey really enjoyed eachother.
